Landmark's International Practice Group Chair, John Litton QC, and Deputy Chair, Charles Banner QC, were special guests at the launch of the new Nassau-based law practice in the Bahamas, CML Chambers, on Friday 24 January 2020, at the invitation of one of its partners, I.A. Nicholas Mitchell, who visited Landmark Chambers for two weeks in March 2019. The high profile launch was attended by many members of the Bahamas bar and judiciary and was covered in the local media. Nicholas and Charles are currently working on a significant case in the Bahamas Supreme Court which is due to be tried in the summer of 2020. Following the growth of Landmark International since its launch in 2016 and Landmark's recent recruitment of Hafsah Masood in Q3 2019, we are actively growing our litigation and advisory practice servicing the Bahamas and the Caribbean countries, as well as associated Privy Council work.
