Landmark Chambers participates in the Centre for Small States seminar on international environmental dispute resolution

On 7 September 2018 Landmark Chambers represented by James Neill participated in a two day seminar on international environmental dispute resolution organised by Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and the Centre for Small States, Queen Mary University of London.

James Neill delivered a presentation on access to international environmental justice, as part of a panel of public international law academics, litigators and arbitration specialists examining issues of causation, damages and costs in trans-boundary international environmental litigation. Lord Carnwath, Justice of the United Kingdom Supreme Court, delivered the key note address.
