Inquiry opens for 1,000 apartment development at Brighton Marina

The inquiry into the proposed development of 1,000 apartments at the Brighton Marina opens today. The proposed scheme consists of nine buildings ranging from 8 storeys to 28 storeys in height. The decision on the appeal has been ‘called in’ by the Secretary of State. Rupert Warren QC is acting for Outer Harbour Development Company Partnership LLP.
