Hoover Building

Graeme represented the appellant, promoting 2 alternative schemes for the conversion (from office use to residential) of the iconic Grade II* Art Deco Hoover Building on the A40, The Appeal schemes involved detailed heritage and design assessment. In addition to the sensitive heritage issues, the Inquiry involved scrutiny of viability assessments in relation to the extent of any of-site affordable housing contribution. Planning permission granted for both schemes (and Listed Building Consent).
