High Court to consider Braintree bid to prevent asylum seekers at RAF Wethersfield

Today (19 April) the High Court (Waksman J) will consider an application by Braintree DC for an injunction under s. 187B Town and Country Planning Act 1990 preventing the Home Office from accommodating asylum seekers at RAF Wethersfield.

Paul Brown KC, Nick Grant and Rebecca Sage are appearing on behalf of the Home Secretary, instructed by the Government Legal Department.
