The appeal raised environmental issues, in relation to the effect of the development on the Thames Basin Heath Special Protection Area - in particular: the need for appropriate assessment pursuant to the Habitats Regulations; and securing the provision of suitable alternative natural green space. Graeme represented the developer appellants at two Hearings. Permission granted on both appeals.
