Stephen Whale of Landmark Chambers is representing the Prince Albert Angling Society ("PAAS") at an inquiry into a controversial application to add numerous public footpaths across land PAAS owns in Cheshire. PAAS, founded in 1954, is Europe's largest fishing society, with over 230 waters and more than 8,500 members. Stephen has represented landowners and order making authorities at very many footpath inquiries over the years, as well as appearing in the High Court in connection with cases arising out of the same.
