Fiona Scolding KC makes the opening speech for the Department of Health and Social Care in the UK Covid-19 Inquiry

Day two of the public hearings for Module 1 in the UK Covid-19 inquiry took place yesterday which saw Fiona Scolding KC of Landmark Chambers delivering the opening speech for the Department of Health and Social Care.

The public inquiry was live streamed on YouTube and Fiona’s speech may be heard from 52:04.
