Dyer v Terry [2013] EWHC 209 (Ch)

This was an appeal against the decision of a Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry that the Respondent had acquired title by adverse possession to six areas of verge at the side of a private road owned by the Appellant. The Judge, Richard Millett QC, allowed the appeal in respect of some of these areas. Thomas Jefferies acted for the Appellant.
