Dee & Dee v. SLUHC [2022] EWHC 2166

Court quashes Inspector’s refusal to grant planning permission for a house extension in the New Forest National Park. The Court held that the Inspector had made a mistake as to the application of the GPDO to properties within the National Park and that was material to his decision.
