David Blundell QC gives evidence to Parliament

On 18 November 2020, David Blundell QC gave evidence before the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee. The Committee was taking evidence as part of its inquiry into “Channel crossings, migration and asylum-seeking routes through the EU”. David was invited to give evidence as part of a session dealing with the legal issues arising from the current situation, particularly in EU and international law, and including in relation to the Dublin III Regulation (EU Regulation 604/2013). David has previously represented the United Kingdom in a number of cases involving Dublin III in the Court of Justice of the European Union.
