Court of Appeal dismisses landlord appeal in ‘live/work’ planning permission case

The Court of Appeal (King, Dingemans, Snowden LJJ) has handed down judgment and dismissed a second appeal in AHGR Ltd v Kane-Laverack, in the latest instalment in ongoing litigation on the meaning of ‘live/work’ planning permissions. Our notes on HHJ Johns KC’s first instance judgment in the Cental London County Court is here, and on Meade J’s dismissal of the first appeal in the High Court here.
