Continuing Care Community approved in South Downs National Park

The South Downs National Park Authority’s Planning Committee has unanimously resolved to approve McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd’s application for permission for a new continuing care community on land off Harrier Way, in Petersfield, Hampshire. The scheme will provide specialist housing for older people and will comprise a mix of apartments, bungalow and chalet bungalows, all in C2 use.
