Lord Carnwath to give Annual Law Reform Lecture

Lord Carnwath will give the 18th Annual Law Reform lecture on 3rd December under the title "Judicial Review - where next? Some lessons from 8 years in the Supreme Court." The subject is obviously deliberately topical, given the work of the Independent Review of Administrative Law (IRAL) chaired by Lord Faulks.
