The Constitutional impact of Brexit: EU law and Public law challenges after Brexit

Programme to be confirmed. Speakers will include notable public law and EU specialists: Richard Drabble QC, Tim Buley QC and David Blundell. The talks will cover issues around the new constitutional framework for the continued operation, and disapplication, of EU law after Brexit, the Government’s broad powers to make delegated legislation under the EU Withdrawal Act 2018, and a panel discussion. Please note that in some cases talks given in September 2019 will be repeated and will include any updates.
