Overview

On 29 November 2023, the Supreme Court gave judgment in Wolverhampton CC v London Gypsies and Travellers [2023] UKSC 47. Landmark Chambers is hosting a breakfast seminar to consider the important implications of this decision for future protest and trespass injunctions.

Katharine Holland KC and Yaaser Vanderman will consider the general principles for seeking protest and trespass injunctions and how the Supreme Court decision affects the approach to be taken.
