Forfeiture is notoriously tricky: the law is complex, and the procedure is technical. This session will provide delegates with an introduction to three essential areas: the right to forfeit, waiver, and relief from forfeiture.
These seminars are designed to introduce key topics that are likely to crop up for property litigators. The talks will provide an overview of the legal and procedural landscape with plenty of time for questions from delegates.
In-person attendees will be invited to stay after these events for drinks and canapés and to meet with members of the Landmark Team. So we highly recommend attending in person!
For those who are outside of London, or cannot attend in person, then feel free to join us virtually.
