This year’s Nuts and Bolts seminar series kicks off with three talks from Landmark’s property juniors about mortgage possession proceedings. Jacqueline Lean, barrister at Landmark Chambers and author of A Practical Guide to Mortgage Possession Proceedings, will be chairing the discussion. A 15% discount on Jacqueline’s book will be provided to anyone who signs up for the event.
These seminars are designed to introduce key topics that are likely to crop up for property litigators. The talks will provide an overview of the legal and procedural landscape with plenty of time for questions from delegates.
In-person attendees will be invited to stay after these events for drinks and canapés and to meet with members of the Landmark Team. In person attendance is highly recommended!
Please note, in person attendees will be invited to arrive at 4.30pm for light refreshments and be seated ahead of the live broadcast.
For those who are outside of London, or cannot attend in person, then feel free to join us virtually.
