New book published on the General Permitted Development Order

A new book, authored by Ben Fullbrook, has been published, entitled An Introduction to the General Permitted Development Order.  This book provides an overview of general principles which apply to development carried out under the GPDO as well as a summary of the various rights contained within the Order (including the recently introduced Part 20). The book is aimed principally at non-planning specialists, but will also serve as a useful reference guide for planning professionals and local authorities.
