Declan O'Callaghan lecturing on sentencing vulnerable persons at the 20th Annual Judges' Conference held in Kampala, Uganda

Declan O'Callaghan is today presenting a lecture on 'Sentencing of the mentally ill, children, women and people with disabilities' at the Ugandan Judiciary's 20th Annual Judges' Conference in Kampala. Attended by members of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court, Declan is addressing issues of mitigation in conjunction with a talk presented by Mrs. Justice McGowan. ​A copy of the lecture can be found here.
