Welcome to the Landmark Chambers website. We hope you find it useful as an introduction to what we offer, to the details of our practices and to the unique way our planning, property and public law services combine.
Landmark was formed in 2002, and has steadily grown in size and reputation since then. We are very proud of the collective reputation of our members, and the role they are playing in re-defining their practice areas and the sectors in which they operate. We are equally proud of the fine practice management and administrative team working with our members, who have made similar ground-breaking changes to the way the practice operates.
In some ways, Chambers remains traditional. Its focus is on independent, high quality advocacy and advice across our specialist fields. For any form of litigation in those areas, we would hope to be your first port of call. Our advice balances the legal, commercial, and (in some cases) political considerations that are in play.
In other ways, Landmark tries to anticipate and lead changes in our fields so as to give you absolutely the best service we can. This goes well beyond being involved in the leading and emerging cases in our fields. It affects the way that we look to interact with our clients and seeks to offer a view, and way of practising, that you will not find elsewhere.
We are in partnership with our clients, usually across multiple cases and areas, and we are always looking for new ways to interact with you to improve the value of the service we offer. Contact us at any time with thoughts and suggestions.
Paul Brown QC and Rupert Warren QC
