Ministry of Justice/Bar Council Webinar on the Government’s proposals for the reform of Administrative Law

At a joint seminar yesterday, where the MoJ presented a summary of its proposals for the reform of judicial review, including the possibility of extending ouster clauses, and introducing prospective and suspended orders, David Elvin QC presented the dissenting views of the Bar Council with respect to the Government’s Response to the Independent Review of Administrative Law.
