Wylfa Newydd Nuclear Generating Station Order

The preliminary meeting for the Development Consent Order for the Wylfa Newydd nuclear power station takes place today. The examination will take place over the next six months, with hearings at various stages of the process. Timothy Corner QC is instructed on behalf of the Welsh Government and Gwion Lewis is instructed on behalf of Natural Resources Wales.
