The New Code for Completion

The Law Society’s Code for Completion by Post (2019 edition) was published on Friday 15^th February 2019.  Landmark’s Nic Taggart, a co-opted member of The Law Society’s Conveyancing and Land Law Committee, was one of the principal draftsmen.
