The Government thanks Chris Katkowski QC for his work on "Planning for the Future"

The Government issued its "Planning for the Future" White Paper today for consultation. The Paper sets out proposals for sweeping changes to plan-making, development management, CIL and securing higher quality development. Chris Katkowski QC was the planning lawyer on the Task Force appointed by the Government to draw up the proposals now set out in the White Paper which can be accessed here.
