The public inquiry into a major regeneration scheme proposed by Tottenham Hotspur F.C. on land it owns next to its new stadium has closed.  The scheme comprises a mixed use scheme providing up to 316 new homes, including 35% affordable housing (increasing to 40% with grant), together with new employment, retail and leisure facilities on the former goods yard site immediately opposite White Hart Lane station.  Issues at the inquiry included viability, infrastructure contributions, urban design and heritage.

Christopher Katkowski QC and Robert Walton QC acted for Spurs, instructed by Richard Max & Co; Dan Kolinsky QC acted for the London Borough Of Haringey, instructed by the Council’s Head of Governance.
