Simon Allison has been appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the Property Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal

We are delighted to announce that Simon Allison has been appointed by the Senior President of Tribunals, Sir Keith Lindblom, as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Property Chamber, with effect from 10 November 2021. Simon is widely recognised as a specialist in leasehold management, forfeiture and service charge cases. He recently appeared in the first ever case concerning the ‘right to manage’ (‘RTM’) regime to reach the Supreme Court, FirstPort Property Services Ltd v Settlers Court RTM Company Ltd and others.
