Flats, above offices, on top of shopping centres: The number of mixed-use developments continues to grow, both as a result of new developments, and due to changes in use of existing stock. In this webinar, Katie Helmore and Simon Allison will run through some key legal issues and pitfalls that can arise in mixed-use schemes that all lawyers should have on their radar – particularly if they principally deal with commercial schemes. This session will be of particular interest to both transactional lawyers and litigators who have limited familiarity with the overlay of legislation applicable to residential property.

**Participation is free of charge however, advance registration is required. Please note that participants will receive the joining instructions by email prior to the webinar. If you have any queries regarding this event please email webinars@landmarkchambers.co.uk.**
