Home > Seminars > Webinar series – Property in Quarantine – Part 1: So Wrong That It’s Right?

This webinar has now taken place. You can find the presentation slides and a link to the webinar recording in our resources tab or by clicking here.

The RTM legislation has been shaped by two controversial Court of Appeal cases – Gala Unity v Ariadne Road RTM Co Ltd [2012] EWCA Civ 1372 and Triplerose Limited v Ninety Broomfield Road RTM Company Limited [2015] EWCA Civ 282. In this webinar, Justin Bates and Kimberley Ziya will look at the arguments for (and against) the decisions and some of the as-yet untested legal problems that still exist with these two cases.

**Participation is free of charge however, advance registration is required. Please note that participants will receive the joining instructions by email prior to the webinar. If you have any queries regarding this event please email webinars@landmarkchambers.co.uk.**
