This webinar will address recent cases on civil procedure. The past 12 months has seen a number of significant decisions on a range of rules in the CPR concerning an array of diverse issues including costs awards following interim injunctions, the application of Part 36 offers following split trials, deemed service and the Royal Mail’s signed for 1st class service, the importance of properly pleaded cases, and debarring orders following non-compliance with costs orders to name but a few.
