Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Monday 2nd August 2021, 11.00am – 12.00pm.

The Government has published the Judicial Review and Courts Bill and this measure is now being considered in Parliament. This webinar will set the background to the Bill, look at the proposals in the Bill for changing administrative law practice and consider how these changes how they will affect public lawyers as well as considering the implications for other areas of law.
