This webinar aims to explore current issues in immigration detention litigation. As well as a case law update examining significant recent decisions of the higher courts, the talks will consider the limits of the Secretary of State’s powers to continue immigration bail under Schedule 10 of the Immigration Act 2016, and provide an update on damages for unlawful detention in the immigration context.
