This webinar sets out the rights of appeal, how they can be exercised, and what sort of topics are likely to be the subject of most appeals or complaints. It will take the form of a discussion between Fiona Scolding QC and Ben Fullbrook, members of the Landmark education team who have been involved in many cases concerning examination results, including the threat to judicially review the outcome of last year’s A level results. We also want to hear from you.
