Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Monday 11th May, 2020 at 11am – 12.15pm. This webinar takes a detailed look at recent case law on the protection and assessment of the natural environment and looks forward to the possible futures for the UK’s regime outside of the EU. Places will be complimentary and speakers include David Elvin QC (chair), Jacqueline Lean, Andrew Byass and Matthew Dale-Harris. The speakers intend to make the session as interactive as possible and will be seeking the views of participants via online polling software and in the Q&A session.
