This webinar has now taken place. You can find the presentation slides and a link to the webinar recording in our resources tab or by clicking here.

With most universities now adopting remote learning and students being actively discouraged from returning after the Christmas/New Year break, many students (and their parents) are wondering why they are continuing to pay rent for university accommodation. The issue has already attracted the attention of the Competition & Markets Authority and numerous MPs. In this webinar, barristers from Landmark Chambers examine the issues involved and outline possible remedies.
**This event will be hosted as a webinar. Participation is free of charge however, advance registration is required. Please note that participants will receive the joining instructions by email prior to the webinar.**
