Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday 20th May, 2020 at 11am – 12pm which will consider the impact of the current crisis on valuations prepared to inform planning decisions, and how any changes will affect local plan preparation and decision making. The speakers will also consider the impact on existing planning permissions and associated planning obligations including those with review mechanisms. Places will be complimentary and speakers include Neil Cameron QC (chair), Charles Banner QC and guest speaker Robert Fourt FRICS (Partner at Gerald Eve LLP).
