Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday 6th May, 2020 at 11am – 11.35am.
This webinar will consider the ground-breaking judgment of the Supreme Court in AM (Zimbabwe) v SSHD, handed down on 29 April 2020, which has transformed the ability of seriously ill foreign nationals to avoid deportation by relying on Article 3 ECHR. Talks will be given by Charles Banner QC and Yaaser Vanderman, who were instructed in the case, as well as Philip Nathan, an immigration specialist. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
