Landmark Chambers is pleased to announce a mini series of rating webinars.
On Tuesday 2nd June, 2020 at 4pm, Dan Kolinsky QC, Tim Morshead QC and Tim Mould QC will present “ATMs – is this cash machine free to use?” This webinar will discuss the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Cardtronics and others v Sykes (VO). It will explain the outcome of the case, its legal implications and what it might mean in practice.
