Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday 10th November 2020 at 11am – 12pm.
This webinar will examine the preparation and use of expert medical evidence in the asylum determination process from both a legal and clinical perspective. It will consider the key points from the case law on medical evidence, the ways in which medical evidence can be deployed in the asylum determination process, best practice in the instruction of experts and the preparation of reports, and how medical issues inform the analysis of a case more broadly. It is hoped that it will be of value to solicitors working in this area and also to clinicians preparing reports for asylum applicants.
**This event will be hosted as a webinar. Participation is free of charge however, advance registration is required. Please note that participants will receive the joining instructions by email prior to the webinar.**
