Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Thursday 21st May, 2020 at 11:00am- 12:20pm to discuss injunctions etc against protesters and travellers.
Recent years have seen a growth in the popularity of injunctions against groups of protesters and borough-wide injunctions against travellers. Within the last 12 months the Court of Appeal has delivered significant judgments in relation to both. This seminar considers where the law now stands, and the proposed extension of relevant police powers against unauthorised encampments.
**Participation is free of charge however, advance registration is required. Please note that participants will receive the joining instructions by email prior to the webinar. If you have any queries regarding this event please email webinars@landmarkchambers.co.uk.**
