Wycombe Local Plan Examination in Public

Graeme represented Mr L Noe at the Examination in Public of the Wycombe Local Plan (July-September 2018), promoting a site proposed as part of an allocation for c.460 dwellings in Bourne End, situated in the Green Belt. Although strongly resisted by a number of objectors, the Inspector endorsed the allocation and the Plan was adopted in 2019, so removing the site from the Green Belt. (Wycombe’s decision to adopt the Plan was the subject of a statutory challenge by a local residents’ group in relation to the allocation which was rejected in 2020 by the High Court.)
