Welton Bibby planning inquiry opens

The public inquiry has opened into the proposed redevelopment of the former Welton Bibby factory site in Midsomer Norton, Somerset.  The scheme comprises the mixed use redevelopment of the 5 hectare site, including residential and employment uses.   Robert Walton is acting for the developer, Midsomer Norton Retail Estates.
