Appeal made under section 106BC of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The Appellant sought to argue that a planning obligation requiring a payment of £15m towards the provision of affordable housing would render the development unviable. Amongst the issues in dispute was the valuation date. The appeal was dismissed.
