St Patrick’s Hall, Reading

Matthew represented the successful LPA on a two week inquiry into an appeal against refusal of permission for a substantial redevelopment of Reading University’s oldest residential campus site. Main issues included impact on townscape and local character and heritage impact on a locally listed student hall.
