RAF Staff College Inquiry

Public inquiry into Taylor Wimpey’s plans to develop Bracknell’s former RAF Staff College.

The proposal was to develop the land for 1120 dwellings, and included a significant dispute as to the approach to be taken when considering the effects of development on the Thames Basin Heaths SPA when the developer relied (in part) on a “fall back”.
