5 day inquiry into an appeal by Beechcroft Land Ltd against Wychavon District Council’s refusal to grant planning permission for a proposed 144 dwelling development on an unallocated greenfield site near Droitwich Spa. The issues include the impact on a nearby Grade 1 listed church, landscape and visual impact, the extent of the District’s housing and affordable housing supply, and the proper interpretation and application of the relevant development plan and NPPF policies.
