Examination hearings into the Keuper Gas Storage Project ("KGSP") Development Consent Order. The KGSP is a nationally significant infrastructure project involving the creation of underground cavities in salt rock that would be used to store natural gas to help meet the UK's growing energy needs. Scott Lyness represented the University of Manchester. The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy granted the DCO on 15 March 2017.
