Inquiry opens into proposed development at Springbok Estate, Alfold Crossways

An inquiry has opened into Thakeham Homes’s appeal against the refusal of planning permission by Waverley Borough Council for a residential-led scheme at the Springbok Estate, Alfold Crossways, Surrey.  The application proposes 400 new dwellings, independent living care facility, a primary school, and associated development. David Elvin QC and Alistair Mills are instructed by Thakeham Homes.
