Inquiry into status of footpath AX16/31

This inquiry concerned the status of a public right of way: whether the definitive map and status should be modified from showing a footpath to showing a public bridleway.  Issues included intention to dedicate, capacity to dedicate and a decision of the Court of Quarter Sessions from the 1870s.
