Guildford College Hearing

Graeme represented the College promoting a residential scheme of 14 dwellings in Farnham. An unusual feature of the case was that the land included 3 dilapidated tennis courts and it was necessary to show that a suitable alternative Multi Area Games Facility could be provided and secured. The mechanism (planning obligation or condition) to secure provision was also in issue. Permission granted (with appropriately worded condition imposed).
